“The construction of the grain complex is being carried out exclusively at the port’s expense. The new object was included into the list of first-priority issues of Kherson Oblast’s development for 2010 and will be the first step to implementation of the Port Development General Scheme till 2015. The Scheme provides commercial development of the left bank of the Dnieper”, deputy chief engineer of the port Volodymyr Zhilnikov informed.
