The cadets of the Naval Forces NU «OMA» went hiking on boats to the shores of Bulgaria and Romania

Odessa, 24 SEPTEMBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Today, September 24, began a campaign of boats of the Naval Forces of Ukraine with participation of the cadets of the 3rd course of the faculty of the naval forces of the National University «Odessa Maritime Academy», it is planned to visit ports of Varna and Constanta, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, September 24, in the press center of the Command of the Naval Forces of Ukraine.

During the campaign the boats are scheduled navigational practices of cadets and visiting the ports of Varna (Bulgaria) and Constanta (Romania).

«This is a landmark event for us today, because last time this campaign took place in 2009. For each of the cadet as a future officer of the national Navy is one of the steps to the commander's bridge, because in such campaigns, in the open sea, you pass a real sea practice in the field, learn the bearing of the running watch», — addressed a parting word to the participants of the campaign Chief of Staff — first Deputy commander of Naval Forces of Ukraine captain 1st rank Roman Gladky.

In turn, the Deputy commander of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for combat training — chief of Department, Captain 1st rank Alexey Neizhpapa, addressing the cadets, set them the task to maximum use this campaign in their training and return — to demonstrate in practice the acquired knowledge.

In the press center added that the main purpose of this event is to gain experience of Maritime practice by third-year students of the naval educational institution and demonstration of naval flag of Ukraine in foreign ports.
