Consul General of Poland: Odesa citizens massively trying to get Polish visas on New Years Eve
Dec 19 2013, 13:41

ODESA, DECEMBER 18th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Consul General of Poland to Odesa Mrs Joanna Strzelczyk has stated that Odesa citizens are massively trying to get Polish visas on New Years Eve, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mrs Joanna Strzelczyk noted yesterday, 17 December, at the annual press conference on the results of the work of the Representation of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine in Odesa and the Consulate General of Poland in 2013.

«I can say that we give a very large number of visas in last days of the year. Odesa citizens are massively trying to get Polish visas on New Years Eve. It is a very busy period now ― we try to process all applications. The number of visa quotas was increased by 50 for a day and now we can give up to 180 visas a day. Theoretically, anyone can apply for a visa for one or two days, she mentioned.
