Deputy Chairman of Odessa RSA meets with the deputy of the German Bundestag

ODESSA, FEBRUARY 4th, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Deputy Chairman — Chief of Staff of the Odessa Regional State Administration Volodymyr Kulakov has met with the the deputy of Bundestag of the Federative Republic of Germany, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee Marie Luise Beck, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Odessa Regional State Administration noted today, February 4.

According to the information, the meeting of the Deputy Chairman, Chief of Staff of Regional State Administration V. Kulakov with Bundestag Federal Republic of Germany M. Beck was held February 2.

Also on the German side participated Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Odessa Alexander Kifak, assistant deputy of Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany Maria Sannikova-Frank, Head of Heinrich Boell Foundation in Ukraine Kyryl Savin, on the Ukrainian side — Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Economic Affairs and European Integration of Regional State Administration — Head of external Relations and European Integration Yaroslav Reznikov.

Volodymyr Kulakov informed about the socio-political situation in the Odessa region, volunteer assistance to the people affected by the hostilities in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, in particular the residents of Mariupol after the bombing on January 24.

Also he thanked the faction “Green Party” of the Bundestag Federal Republic of Germany and their partners for solidarity and an uncompromising stance in support of Ukraine.

In this context, V. Kulakov stressed that Ukraine is very important for the support of the Federal Republic of Germany to the protection of territorial integrity within the framework of international law.
