Opinion: Agreement signed between the Government of Adjara and Odesa RSA should become fully operational
Jan 31 2014, 15:10

ODESA, JANUARY 31st, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The Chairman of the Odesa Regional Council Mykola Tindyuk believes that the agreements signed between Odesa Regional State Administration and the Government of the Republic of Adjara should become fully operational, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mykola Tindyuk noted today, 31 January, during a meeting with the Head of the Consulate of Georgia in Odesa Manuchar Tsotsonava.

“Both executive bodies and local government have worked rather fruitfully with your predecessors. There were trips of our delegations to Georgia and your representatives visited us.

I think that the agreements signed with the Government of the Republic of Adjara and regional state administration should become fully operational. On the one hand, I understand that the signing of these agreements driven by the political will and leadership of the Republic of Adjara and Odesa Regional State Administration. In my view, the leadership agreed, signed and outlined ways to solve common problems, and outlined areas of cooperation. And then, this document should be filled with concrete actions ― both in trade cooperation, economic cooperation and cultural exchange,” he mentioned.
