Governor meets the Ambassador of Czech Republic to Ukraine

ODESA, JUNE 5th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Eduard Matviychuk has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Ivan Pochuh, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of Odesa Regional State Administration reported today, 5 June.

According to the press service, yesterday, 4 June, the Governor met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Ivan Pochuh.

The diplomat noted that Odesa Region for the Czech Republic in terms of economic cooperation is one of the most important regions.

Mr Pochuh also expressed a desire to cooperate fruitfully with the Odesa Regional State Administration as in investment, so in the cultural ways.

“We invest a lot in modernization. Last year twice the amount of companies were modernized than in 2011. Cultural exchange is also important for us,” said the Chairman of Regional State Administration.

The Chairman also promised to help in the organization of the “Days of Odesa in Czech Republic” which will be held in 2014.
