Odessa delegation participates in the IV Forum of sister cities in Poland

Odessa, 10 OCTOBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Odessa delegation headed by first Deputy mayor participates in the IV Forum of sister cities in the Polish city of Lodz, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, October 10, in the Department of Information of the Odessa City Council.

According to the Department, at the invitation of the Polish side the first Deputy mayor of Odessa Anatoly Orlovsky and Advisor to the mayor, the Director of the World Club of Odessa Elena Pavlova to participate in the IV Forum of sister cities, which runs from 9 to 12 October in Lodz (Poland).

The meeting of representatives of the creative scope of Lodz and its twin cities is to develop multilateral cooperation.

In the framework of the Forum the representatives of Odessa attended the «Stimulation of entrepreneurship through the creative industries» (tie-in World Communication Forum Davos Lodz).

Advisor to the mayor of Odessa E. Pavlova made a presentation on «Odessa — sea gate of Ukraine. Center of Culture and Tourism».

After the seminar, a briefing was held, at which the first Vice-the mayor of Odessa A. Orlovsky answered the questions of journalists about Odessa and noted the importance of the relationship between twin-cities and partner-cities.

«We invite everyone in our city, because Odessa is a city open to cooperation, partnership and travelers 365 days a year,» added Mr. Orlowsky.
