EU allocating 4 million euro for the Ukrainian-Moldovan territorial cooperation programme
Oct 29 2013, 12:02

ODESA, OCTOBER 29th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― In the framework of the Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Support Programme, European Union allocates 4 million euro for the realization of the joint projects in three regions of Ukraine (Odesa, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia) and Moldova, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

An EaPTC Communication Expert Tatiana Derevyankina reported yesterday, 28 October, during the presentation of the cooperation programme “Ukraine―Moldova” in Odesa.

“EU allocates about 4 million euro for the programme realization in three regions ― Odesa, Chernivtsi and Vinnytsia.

“Odesa region has an experience of participation in such programmes, but the feature of this programme is that there will be no European supervisors. The projects will be developed and implemented only by Ukrainian and Moldovan organizations ― without the participation of Europe. This is precisely the feature of the programme of territorial cooperation,” the expert said.
