Forbes: Printed or internet media ― there is no single winner
Aug 30 2012, 14:18

ODESA, AUGUST 30th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Forbes President Miguel Forbes says neither internet media nor printed media can be called the winner, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Forbes said yesterday, 29 August, during a press conference on development of world media in Odesa.

I dont think there is one winner ― printed or online media. Some think it will replace the radio, and each person has their own vision. But both types of media have the right to life, and all of them will live. Its just that every type has its own niche, noted Mr. Forbes.

We are now developing our strategy on the Internet, we have our social journalism ― a kind of blogging system allowing us to attract more readers. E-readers, even more than a printed source can attract. But, nevertheless, were successful with the printed media too. Very soon, we will launch a Ukrainian website Forbes, the president of the company said.
