ODESA, APRIL 11th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― A resident of the Odesa region Iulia Paratova has won gold medal at the European Weightlifting Championships, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of Odesa Regional State Administration reported today, 11 April.

The press service noted that the resident of the Odesa region Iulia Paratova won the European Weightlifting Championships, which was held in Tirana, Albania. In the weight category up to 53 kg the athlete demonstrated the best results ― 194 kg (90 kg snatch, 104 kg put).

Head of Odesa Regional State Administration Eduard Matviychuk congratulated athlete with a victory. Iulia Paratova will receive a monthly grant from the governor.
