ODESA, DECEMBER 17th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — XIV International Boxing Tournament in memory of Roman Pesin has opened at the Sport complex Icicle in Odesa today, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The tournament has brought together about 90 young athletes.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor Dmytro Voloshenkov, Chairman of the Odesa Regional Boxing Federation Oleksandr Kryzhanovskyi, members of the Odesa City Council of the Party of Regions.

During the grand opening event Mr Kryzhanovskyi congratulated the people present at the 20th Anniversary of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine.
