ODESA, FEBRUARY 1st, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The first Hyundai super fast train for Ukrainian Railway will arrive in Odesa Port in 40—45 days, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine informed today, 1 February, with reference to Minister Kolesnikov.

According to him, the first Hyundai high speed train will arrive in Ukraine in 40—45 days’ time, and in May the Ukrainians and visitors to our state will be able to make a trip on the brand new train.

Yesterday, the firs Hyundai train was loaded onboard a ship and sent to the port of Odesa. It will be on its way for about 40—45 days. We would like Ukrainians to start making journeys on these trains already this May”, said Boris Kolesnikov.

Ticket booking for the Hyundai train will begin in mid-May. By this time the train will have undergone technical tests and run-in on the national railway.

The Minister noted that tickets for the Hyundai high-speed trains can be ordered via the Internet, so that they will be available for tourists planning to visit Ukraine.

“Tickets will start to sell 15 May on the Internet and will be available for everyone”, said the minister.
