NIKOLAEV, OCTOBER, 3d, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — UE “International airport “Nikolaev” was evaluated in 51 mln 194 thousand 620 UAH (or 10 mln 566 thousand 270 USD), IA «Context-Prichernomorie» correspondent reports.

This was reported to the agency today, on October 3d, in the press-service of the regional government administration.

According to the results of the contest which was held by the regional government administration from selection of the entity of valuation work for the independent valuation of inconvertible assets of the enterprise the winner was defined – Co Ltd “Center-Private-Expert”. The specialists of the establishment have independently appraised the property of the enterprise.

On September 30th the next sitting of commission of corporatization of UE “International airport of Nikolaev” at which the commission members approved of the fulfilled appraisal of the enterprise by a majority of votes.

According to the words of the first deputy governor Nataliya Brakovan in conformity with the effective legislation the next logical steps of corporatization of the enterprise will be the compilation of the transferring balance and the order of audit of accounting of the airport by the airport management. Afterwards in accordance with the legislative procedures the final act of the enterprise property appraisal will be compiled, which will be brought forward to the commission.

The first deputy governor emphasized that the independent appraising turned out to be quite a complicated process because of the enterprise resistance.

“If we have decided to go to the end by the way of corporatization then one must offer the enterprise property to the investors as expensive as possible”, N. Brakovan emphasized.
