Foreign participants didn’t show interest in purchase and rent of lands in Kherson, Genichesk and Skadovsk districts

KHERSON, NOVEMBER, 1ST, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The representatives of Belarus and Moscow government (Russian Federation) didn’t confirm their participation in the internet-auction of Kherson region in sale of lands and purchase of rent right for investment projects within the International investment forum “Tavrian prospects: collaboration, investments, economic development”, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reported.

This was reported at the press-conference by the general director of Commodity exchange “Agrarian exchange” Igor Grigoriev.

According to his data 15 land lots for purchase of rent right and 3 lands for sale are put up for auction in Kherson, Genichesk and Skadovsk regions.

As IA “Context-Prichernomorie” reported earlier before Kherson region announced about its intention to sell 3 land lots of 92.154 hectares at online-auction on November 4th within the international investment forum “Tavrian prospects: collaboration, investments, economic development”, and also the right of rent on 16 land lots of total area of 81.193 hectares at online-auction on November 4th within the international investment forum “Tavrian prospects: collaboration, investments, economic development”.

The land in Genichesk district of 70 hectares for yacht-club placement is put up for auction for sale, in Skadovsk district – 0.063 hectares for the building of a shop and the micro-district “Korabel-2” of 21.523 hectares in Kherson.

Lands in Genichesk and Skadovsk districts are put up for auction for purchase of rent right for 49 years. These lots are meant for placement of hotel and entertaining complex, holiday camp, parking lot, boarding house and objects of cars service. Lands in Skadovsk region have the area from 0.1 to 0.56 hectares, in Genichesk district – from 1 to 13.298 hectares.
