NIKOLAEV, NOVEMBER, 3RD, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Thus, the investigating department of the tax police of GTA in Nikolaev region raised, investigated and brought to court the criminal case regarding the director of the private enterprise “Antal” Seregey Vdovichenko by the fact of willful tax evasion in especially big amounts, forgery of documents, official forgery, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

This was reported to the agency today, on November 3rd, in the press-service of GTA in Nikolaev region.

By the intentional giving of untruthful information about results of management in tax statements and forgeries of reports of business transactions holding, the director evaded value-added taxes and income tax of the enterprise. As a result of such criminal actions no money funds of total sum of more than 2 mln UAH were came in the budget.

As a result of examining of the criminal case the court pronounced a verdict of “guilty” according to which the director of the enterprise was found guilty in commitment of above crimes. He was punished in the form of 5 year imprisonment with deprivation of right to hold the position of director of enterprises of all forms of ownership for 3 years with confiscation of the whole property.
