KHERSON, NOVEMBER, 8TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – 4 persons were injured in the accident because of collision of minibus “GAZ-32213” and bus “RUTA”, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

This was reported to the agency in the press-service of the Department of STP of MHA of Ukraine.

By the data of the source on November 7th 2008 at 7 pm the driver of minibus “GAZ-32213” drove out to the wrong side by unknown reason where he collided with bus “RUTA-19SPG” that was moving in the opposite direction in Kherson city in Senyavina st.

By the moment of the accident bus “RUTA” had 4 passengers inside, the actual number of seats is 20.

As a result of the accident the driver of minibus “GAZ” and 3 passengers of bus “RUTA” received bodily injuries and were delivered to Kherson city hospital.

The driver born in 1973 was driving minibus “GAZ” without driver’s certificate. In March 2008 he was confiscated the corresponding documents (driver’s certificate and speeding ticket) for 3 years without the right of driving any transport facility for committed violation – driving a transport in the state of alcoholic intoxication according to the court decision.
