ODESSA, NOVEMBER, 11TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOPMORIE – Belgorod-Dnestrovsky region inhabitant of Odessa region Nikolay Mikhailutsa was awarded with the decoration “For conscientious paternity” in October of the current year, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

This was reported to the agency today, on November 11th, during communication with the journalists by the head of the Department of family and youth affairs of Odessa regional government administration Vladimir Kirov.

By the words of V. Kirov “in October of the current year for the first time a man was awarded with the decoration “For conscientious paternity” from the Ministry of family, youth and sports of Ukraine in Odessa region”.

“Nikolay Mikhailutsa, the inhabitant of Chistovodnoe village of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky region received this decoration as he brings up seven children by himself – the mother of the family is missing since 2000”, V. Kirov noted.
