MYKOLAIV, DECEMBER, 22ND, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Mykolaiv anti-crisis program will be adopted together with budget 2009, IA Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press-service of State Executive Committee informed the agency about it today, December 22nd.

Last week, on December 17th and 19th the Deputies already adopted urgent measures to withstand crisis phenomena in Mykolaiv during 31 session of the City Council Assembly. During President’s visit Mayor of Mykolaiv handed President Yuschenko his suggestions on overcoming the crisis.

The “Anti-Crisis Program” presented at the inter-regional forum “Anti-Crisis Initiative” that took place not so long ago in Mykolaiv, was accepted as the basis for urgent measures to withstand crisis in the city and Oblast. However this document was expanded supplemented by the Deputies.

In particular, there appeared a completely new block of points concerning public safety and legal order, such blocks as “Entrepreneurship”, “Budget Policy”, “Population Employment”, “Industry and Investments”, “Land Tenure”, “Building”, “Trade”. The work on the anti-crisis program is to be continued.
