MYKOLAIV, JANUARY, 29th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICERNOMORIE – Sandora LTD are planning to double their production capacity in Meshkovo-Pogorelovo, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Chief Administration of Economy in Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration informed the agency about it today, 29 January, 2009.

The volumes of juice production were lowered by 8 per cent last year. However, in spite of the economic crisis, the management of the company are planning to double their production capacity at their production complex No 2in Meshkovo-Pogorelovo. They plan to install 2 new production lines of sparkling beverages.

The company also plans to dismiss 1 – 5 per cent of their staff. This however is not connected with the economic crises, but with optimization of the production personnel to avoid double functioning at the enterprise.

Pays at Sandora LTD are not going to be reduced.

INFORMATION: Sandora was formed in 1995. The Company is domestic juice market leader during last 13 years. According to the independent researches Sandora’s share is among 47 % of total retail sales of juices, nectars and drinks in Ukraine. The Company’s facilities include juice products processing and production Manufacturing Complex No 1 in Mykolaivske village, Mykolaiv region, two fruit and vegetable processing season factories in Kherson region and Crimea, production Manufacturing Complex No 2 in Meshkovo-Pogorelovo village, Mykolaiv region.
