ODESA, MARCH, 2nd, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Mayor of Odesa, Eduard Gurvits will participate in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe through March 2 – 6 in Strasburg (France), Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today, 2 March in the Administration of Information at Odesa City Council.

According to the Administration, Mayor of Odesa will visit Strasburg (France) for participation in XVI Plenary Session of in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.

In compliance with the Decree of Odesa Mayor, for the stated period first deputy Mayor Anatoliy Vorokhayev is to be acting Mayor.
