ODESA, APRIL, 3rd, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – State Property Fund of Ukraine announced an auction for the sale of state owned share of Odesaoblenergo 19 May, 2009, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The Fund’s official preiodival informs about it in No 12, dated 1 April, 2009.

According to the Sales and Auction Department, 25,01 percent of shares will be sold in Ukrainian Stock Market 19 May, 2009. The company’s authorized fund makes 52 million 123 thousand 890 UAH. Nominal price for a single share is 0,25 UAH.

As Context-Prichernomorie reported before, In 2008 Odesaoblenergo was included into the list of enterprises to be sold in the first turn (state owned share in this enterprise makes 25,1 percent having nominal value 13 million 34 thousand 300 UAH) and 2 April 2008 State Property Fund announced sale of 25,1 percent state owned share 29 May.

6 May, the sale was cancelled.

Odesaoblenergo was not enlisted in the Monthly Schedule of Sales in 2009.
