MYKOLAIV, APRIL, 3rd, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko during her official visit to Japan discussed the Bypass Ridge over the Pivdenny Buh Project, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Governor of Mykolaiv Oblast, Alexey Garkusha, informed the journalists about it yesterday, 2 April, during his press-conference.

According to Mr. Mayor this question was included into the minutes of the meeting.

2 April a meeting was to take place in the Ministry of Transport concerning the state of the roads in Mykolaiv and realization of the project of the high-way crossing. As the Governor said, the meeting was to consider technical points of the project. Who was to be the initiator of the project in particular.

“Mtkolaiv City Council was to be the initiator last year, however, the idea face legal difficulties”, Mr. Garkusha said.
