MYKOLAIV, APRIL, 14th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Valars Agro Limited (Cyprus) buying over 50 percent of Agrarian Company n.a. Shevchenko, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press-service of the Antimonopoly Committee informed the agency about it today, 14 April.

Valars Agro Limited will also buy over 50 percent share in 11 other companies: “Science – Independent Quality Expertise” (Poltava), ZamyatnitsaLTD, OSJC “Lebed”, “Agrostroy LTD” (Poltava Oblast), Nemiroff LTD Agrocomlex, “The Owner of the Melnikovetska Niva LTD” (Vinnytsia Oblast), Agroteks-Mykolaiv LTD (Kyiv), Romny Invest LTD (Summy Oblast), Tinki LTD (Cherkassy Oblast), Braylovskoye LTD (Zhitomyr Oblast), and Crystal LTD (Vinnytsia Oblast).

Earlier a Russian grain trader Valars Holding Ltd being part of Valars Agro Limited had reported of buying two elevators in Mykolaiv Oblast.
