«Odessites actively complain on quality of tour operators’ services», — state direction on protection of the rights of consumers

ODESSA, APRIL, 25TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Deputy chief of Central administrative board on protection of the rights of consumers in the Odessa region Nadezhda Fedoseyev has informed that odessites actively complain on quality of tour operators’ services, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about this today, on April, 25th, byN.Fedoseyeva during the press conference.

«The department has already received 7 complaints of inhabitants of the region this year on quality of tourist operators’ services. In particular, complaints concerned with the necessity of independent purchase of tickets for trips and also difficulties in reception of indemnifications for interrupted rest on circumstances independent of them. At present time positive decisions are made on all complaints and 23 thousand UAH were returned to citizens», — N.Fedoseyeva has told.
