ODESA, JULY, 15th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Today, 15 July, 2 foreign cruise liners called in the Port of Odesa carrying US passengers onboard, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.
Tatiana Yakovleva, Odesa Passenger Terminal manager of GE Odesa Merchant Sea Port informed the agency about it today, 15 July, during a telephone conversation.
According to Ms. Yakovleva, about 7:00 a.m. M/V Seabourn Odyssey flying the flag of Bahamas berthed at Odesa Passenger Sea Terminal. Her length is 198,15 m, draught – 6,6 m.
She arrived from Sevastopol and at 22:00 will sail to Nesebar, Bulgaria. The ship has got 450 US passengers onboard, who will go on a planned excursion round Odesa, visiting Odesa’s palaces and the Catacombs.
Another ship – M/V Nautica, the Marshall Islands berthed at about 8:00 a.m. Her length is 181 m, draught – 5,95 m. The vessel is carrying 750 U.S. passengers onboard who will go on excursion too round Odesa and the Catacombs too. The ship arrived from Constanţa, Romania and at 16:00 will sail to Sevastopol.
