MYKOLAIV, AUGUST, 27th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — GE Zorya-Mashproekt intends to produce 9-10 engines monthly in a year, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 27 August at the press-service of the company.

“Now the company has completely formed the order portfolio 2009-2010. To cope with all the orders we need to produce 6 new engines monthly minimum (in addition to the repairs). The present-day capacity of the plant and the personnel’s qualification let us produce 4 or 5 engines at most.

As for 2010 and 2011, on the basis of the agreements signed, and those being at the stage of signing the plant plans to produce 9-10 engines. A number of very important issues is to be solved as soon as possible for that. This is upgrade of the production, personnel policy, changing the structure of the production itself. To be able to do that the plant has recently purchased new equipment”, — they stressed in the company.
