MYKOLAIV, AUGUST, 27th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — GE Zorya-Mashproekt intends to employ 150additional people, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about it today 27 August at the press-service of the company.

According to the press-service, at present the company employs 11 thousand 800 people. The enterprise plans to employ additional staff of qualified workers with no harm to the existing staff. Half of them have already been employed. 100 – 150 people more will be employed soon. The company needs qualified workers, but so far there is a majority of managers so far.

In addition there intended to be certain changes in the structure of management. There has been a decision to change the place of repair workers in the scope of management. Until lately they have been subordinate to the chiefs of their workshops. Now they will have the only chief – the Chief Engineer who will be responsible for taking decisions. And Chief of the workshops will be engaged in where they are supposed to be engaged, they informed in the press-service.
