ODESA, SEPTEMBER, 26th, 2009, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko believes privatization of the OPP will become a positive signal for foreign investors, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

As the agency was informed at the PR Secretariat of the Cabinet, Mrs Tymoshenko stated it in Yalta during the session of the VI Yalta Annual Meeting “The Vision of Ukraine’s Future: Discussion with the Prime Minister of Ukraine”.

“I am sure this signal will show, everything is just perfect in this respect in Ukraine”, the Premier stressed.

“The shadow companies being used to getting everything for free went to courts having found ground in the Presidential Decree. And today instead of being concerned about the budget at the Parliament, I have to attend numerous meetings with investors acting like a psychiatrist of state importance”, she stated.

Yulia Tymoshenko said again she was sure the privatization would be held within the stated terms and in compliance with the international standards. Stressing at that, she will show master-class attracting international investors on transparent, clear, competitive conditions finishing the process of privatization in Ukraine.
