“For more than 14 years of work at Ukrainian market the products of our company has earned customers trust due to permanent high quality of our products which we trace at all the production stages: from raw materials to finished products in a package. During this we use the European quality standards. And chromatographic laboratory helps us to check those indicators which can be hardly identified in ordinary Ukrainian laboratories, and to make sure of the authenticity of raw materials and all the ingredients that are in finished products. The certification of the laboratory in a state organization makes our conclusions officially admitted”, says Neil Sturrock, Sandora LLC Director.

In Sandora Company its own chromatographic laboratory was founded in 2006. Within 3 years there was a preparation work for the certification: the area of accreditation was being defined, methodologies were being developed, personnel were being trained, the laboratory quality system was being created. Initial investments into the laboratory were more than USD 100 000, yearly the company spends about UAH 300 000 for laboratory maintenance.
