ODESSA, MAY, 20TH, 2007, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Odessa regional scientific and technical council worked up the plan of work for 2008, “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The plan of work has been sounded yesterday, on May, 19th, during session of regional scientific and technical council.

In 2008, except for work on the Concept of development of passenger motor transport in the Odessa region till 2015, scientific and technical council will consider problems of development of ports of the Odessa region, development and an effective utilization of the territory Adzhalyksky estuary, a problem of Sasyk estuary rehabilitation, creation of regional system of processing of solid household waste, condition and prospects of development of innovative processes in the Odessa region and also maintenance of functioning of research station on Zmeiny island and performance of the state complex program of the further development of an infrastructure and introduction of economic activities on Zmeiny island and continental shelf.
