MYKOLAIV, NOVEMBER 16th, 2010, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — A group of homosexual paedophiles, a school teacher and priest among them, has been arrested in Mykolaiv Oblast, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 16 November, at the PR Dept, Ministry of Internal Affairs in Mykolaiv Oblast.

Within the scope of international cooperation programme Mykolaiv Oblast Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for Human Trafficking and Cyber Crimes identified a person producing child porn movies and selling them on the internet.

The investigation established the suspect to be a teacher of computer studies in one of Odesa schools. He has been found to have been producing porn films since 2006 making children be involved in gay scenes.

Taking into consideration the revealed facts, criminal proceedings have been initiated.

The suspect, being the director of a charitable fund, carried out casting and recruiting of underage boys. In one of social networks the suspect had created an account through which he was demonstrating a child pornography video clip. The creeping line underneath was advertising his phone number and calls for sponsorship creating child pornography. The account he had created contained over 500 various video clips, 9 of which can be classified as child pornography.

Moreover, the investigation discovered, the suspect together with two citizens of Mykolaiv Oblast (born 1969 and 1988) seduced underage children, satisfying his sexual needs in an unnatural way taking advantage of the feeble state of the underage that caused grave consequences for the latter, they were also found engaged in pandering for lechery purposes.

The investigation group has already revealed four facts of satisfying sexual lust in an unnatural way taking advantage of the feeble state of the victims. At present, in compliance with Ukrainian legislation, a pre-investigation examination is being held as to the facts of pandering for lechery purposes, the investigation is trying to find all the victims (the number of children has now reached 16) and the circle of people involved in the crime.

Authorized search has been carried out, finding unquestionable evidences — 8 DVDs and 9 VHS cassettes with content, video and computer equipment used to produce the pornography (a laptop and a PC system unit containing audiovisual files and 49 personal files with photographs of children (boys).

According to previous reports, one of the suspects, a priest, tried to commit a suicide jumping out of a fourth-floor window, when he saw one of the victims in the Mykolaiv Oblast Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for Human Trafficking and Cyber Crimes building.

An ambulance carriage immediately arrived at the scene of the accident. His life was saved, at present he is in hospital under guard.
