ODESA, SEPTEMBER 23rd, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Consulate General of Poland has issued 16 thousand 193 visas within 8 months this year, Context-Prichernomroie correspondent reports.

Consul of the Consulate General of Poland in Odesa Mr Adam Adamczuk informed yesterday, 22 September at a press conference.

According to him, 16 thousand 193 visas have been issued by the Consulate General of Poland in Odesa within 8 months of this year. Over the past year Odesa Consulate General issued 16 thousand 565visas. Since the beginning of the year, Polish consulates in Ukraine have issued 381 thousand visas.

Mr Adamczuk said that those who want to obtain a visa must submit the following documents: visa form with a photograph, filled in Latin letters, colour photos, a passport and a copy of the first page of the passport, an internal ID, insurance policy to cover at least 30 thousand Euro; documents confirming purpose of the travel. The consular fee for citizens of Ukraine remains 35 euros. The decision to grant a visa is taken within 4 working days from the date of payment. In the case of a detailed examination of the documents the case can be extended to 30 days.
