ODESA, OCTOBER 25th, 2011, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Dancing team — Yuriy and Olena Dodoncha from Odesa have won two world championships — in Beijing, China, and an open dancing championship in France, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Yuriy Dodoncha informed today, 25 October, during a press conference.

The dancer said the World Championships in Beijing were attended by couples from many countries, but Italians and Russians were the most competitive.

“We have been professionally engaged in dances for twenty years, and, finally, the hour came when a Ukrainian couple has reached such heights. Over the years, we have been trained by the acknowledged masters of Italy and England. We always prepare thoroughly, so we win”, said the sportsman.

After this championship the couple from Odesa took part in open World Championships in France, where they won the first prize.

INFORMATION: Today, Yriy and Olena Dodoncha are champions of Ukraine, many times Ukraine Cup winners, CIS Cup winners, the finalists of the international competitions in Russia, Moldova, Italy, in 2011. In addition, the couple are masters of sports and the judges awarded the title of the highest category World dance council (WDC) Internenational Adjudication. For the victory at the World Championships were awarded the title of masters of sports of international class.
