ODESA, FEBRUARY 8th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — BC Odesa’ centre Shawn King will represent the city in the All-star Basketball Match of the Super League in Kyiv, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of BC Odesa informed today, 8 February.

According to the press service, the vote for the squad was held yesterday, 7 February. Shawn King scored 38% of the vote (3837, his nearest rival scored 23%). In addition the ‘Legion’ includes point guard Ramel Curry (BC Donetsk), shooting guard Jeremy Chappell (BC Ferro-ZNTU), Small Forward Zach Morley (BC Budivelnyk) and heavy forward Charles Thomas (BC Dnipro).

Vyacheslav Kravtsov, now playing for BC Donetsk (also centre), will also play for the national team of Ukraine

As previously reported, BC Odesa signed Shawn King in August 2011.
