ODESA, APRIL 2nd, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Khalid El-Amin will play for BC Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the press service, Khalid El-Amin is in talks with the leaders of BC Odesa. BC Odesa is willing to pay the most popular players in the history of Ukrainian basketball one million dollars for agreeing to play for the team.

“The only condition Khalid puts forward, which is difficult to perform for the ‘sharks’ is a reduced amount of emissions into the air within the immediate vicinity of the mansion in which he is going to live with his large family. Public relations office of the club held a tour for his agent to the Odesa port plant and showed him an expensive air purification machine, which will be installed near Khalid’s house in case he agrees to join BC Odesa in the final of the Super League in 2012. This expensive investment is justified, because the contract is signed with Amin for 3 years. The apartment of the future stars of the ‘sharks’ is located in Myasoedovska street in the historic centre of Odesa”, said the press service.

INFORMATION: Odesa basketball club was founded in 1992 having its primary name BIPA-Moda. Already in 1993 the team made themselves pretty known, having taken the First Prize in Ukrainian Championship First League and the Cup of Ukraine. In 1997 the team became silver-prize owner and in 1998 – the Champion of Ukraine. 1999 the club was reformed into municipal and got the name MBC Odesa.
