Representatives of Sinopec visit Zorya-Mashproekt in Mykolaiv

MYKOLAIV, MAY 17th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Representatives of Sinopec, China, have visited Zorya-Mashproekt in Mykolaiv, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Zorya-Mashproekt’s press service informed today, 17 May.

The press service noted that the guests acquainted with the course of execution of the contract signed between the companies in November 2011. They also discussed future projects.

Representatives of the Chinese company met with the management and leading specialists from the Ukrainian side of the project, visited the assembly hall and the test box complex.

The press service also reminded that under the terms of the 2011 agreement the company to supply 5 gas turbine power plants 16MWt each to the Chinese corporation. To date the order is in production. The first two units will be shipped to the customer in the first quarter of 2013.

During the talks the Chinese side noted that Sinopec is implementing a number of projects to develop oil and gas fields around the world and intends to expand its activities in this direction. Ukrainian manufacturer of gas turbine technology in the corporation is considered as a promising partner.
