Rugby Sevens Ukrainian National Team begins training camp in Odesa

ODESA, JUNE 25th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Rugby Sevens Ukrainian National Team has begun training camp in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the RC Credo-63 reported today, 25 June.

According to the press service, on June 23 Ukrainian rugby-7 national team started their training camp in Odesa. During the week the players will be getting ready for the second round of European Championship in Moscow.

Head coach of Ukraine Zaza Lezhava summoned to Odesa 23 players, including six members of Odesa’s Credo-63. The list includes: Taras Marchenko, Vitaly Krasnodemsky, Mykola Deliergiev, Pavlo Masiukov, Eduard Vertiletsky and Vitaly Kramarenko.

The press service also stressed that for Vertiletsky and Kramarenko this is the first they will be playing for the national team in their career.

In the first round of European Championship Ukrainian team took the last place, and now it is essential for our team to play well in Moscow. The competition in the Russian capital will be held from June 30 to July 1, added in the press-service.
