ODESA, AUGUST 7th, 2012, cONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Boxer from Odesa Vasyl Lomachenko (60kg) gets to the semi-finals at the London Olympics, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 7 August, at the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.

As noted in the NOC, the quarterfinal match rival native of Odesa region V. Lomachenko (60 kg) vs Felix Sanchez Verdejo from Puerto Rico took place yesterday.

“The Ukrainian did not fail a single round (5:3, 5:4, 4:2) and with a score of 14:9 he confidently got into the next round of competitions, and will attempt to defend the title of Olympic champion, he had already secured the bronze medal for himself”, they added in the NOC of Ukraine.
