KHERSON, JULY, 09TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Inflation in the Kherson region comes closer to zero, Yulia Timoshenko, the Prime minister of Ukraine has noted, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

She has declared this today at a press conference.

As she said, on results of June, 11 more regions come closer to zero inflation rate, that is Kirovograd, Ternopol, Vinnitsa, Rovno, Cherkassk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Chernigov regions and the city of Sevastopol.

The worst inflation situation is kept in Poltava, Kiev, Lugansk, Khmelnitsky regions and the city of Kiev.

The Prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko demands urgent creation of anti-inflationary staffs from heads of these regions’ administrations.

Y. Timoshenko has also noted that unsatisfactory parameters on struggle against inflation were shown in Donetsk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lvov and Zhitomir regions.
