ODESA, SEPTEMBER 21st, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Odesa Oil Refinery Lukoil has received another tranche of USD 4 million 310 thousand, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The agency has been informed about it today, 21 September, at the Agency for Infastructure Development of the Ukrainian Sharemarket, Securities and Stock Market State Commission.

According to their information, the date of the tranche transfer of USD 4 million 310 thousand (equivalent to UAH 34 million 449 thousand 830) is 20 September, 2012. The debt holder is SLB Invest Limited, Cyprus.

The loan closing date is 16 July, 2013, the rate of interest is floating — LIBOR +3.5% per annum, as of today, is equal to 3.72% per annum.

The duration of the contract is 36 months.

The company’s net worth is UAH 2 billion 664 million 642 thousand, as of the beginning of 2012. The balance between the borrowed amount and the net worth as of the beginning of the reporting period made 384.371%.

INFORMATION: Odesa Oil Refinery was put into operation in 1937 as a cracking plant. In 2000 it was renamed to OJSC Lukoil Odesa Oil Refinery. 97 % of the shares are held by Lukoil – a Russian oil company. After a long reconstruction the plant’s operation was resumed on 18 April 2008. As the result of its reconstruction its processing depth was increased from 56 % to 80 %, while its production capacity remained 2,8 million tons per year.
