ODESA, SEPTEMBER 25th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― More than 200 people from Ukraine, France, Great Britain, Poland and Denmark have participated in Richelieu Academic Readings in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Head of the National Agency of Ukraine Civil Service Vyacheslav Tolkovanov reported today, 25 September, at the opening of the IV Richelieu Academic Readings.

The readings concern the development of the civil service and service in local self-government bodies under the conditions of the realization of the administrative reform in Ukraine. The readings are attended by over 200 people ― 237 people have already registered. The Presidential Administration officials, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Parliament officials, representatives of central and local executive authorities, local self-government, higher education and postgraduate education institutions, research institutions, non-governmental organizations participated in the event. This year’s event has an international status. It is attended by representatives of public services, the experts from France, UK, Poland, Denmark and other countries. The representatives of international organizations, particularly the Council of Europe, the European Union also took a part in the event.

As reported before, IV Annual Richelieu Academic Readings will take place 25―27 September, at the National University “Odesa Law Academy”.
