KHERSON, OCTOBER 1st, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Italian law enforcement agencies have returned to Ukraine the 29 years old man, who was wanted since 2005 for a serious crime in the Kherson Region, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Regional Prosecutor Office’s press service reported today, 1 October.

According to the press service, the man is the owner of the taxi service in one of the district centers of Kherson wanted for the lynch law against two robbers seized driver's documents from his taxi.

Instead of arrangement of a conflict by legal means, the owner of the taxi service, with two friends found the criminals and one of the robbers broke the criminal’s jaw in the fight, and the second was tied to a car and stretched on the asphalt. The second victim died 2 days later in hospital from received injuries.

All the accomplices were punished, but one man ran away to Italy. He was arrested last year trying to get citizenship.
