ODESA, NOVEMBER 22nd, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The next Advisory Board Meeting (ABM) of the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM) will be held in June 2013, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Ambassador of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Ian Tombinsky reported today, 22 November, during the press conference according to the results of the 19th Advisory Board Meeting (ABM) of the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM).

“The next meeting of the Advisory Board is scheduled for a date no later than the beginning of June 2013. In order to fix the high level of cooperation that has been achieved”, he noted.

INFORMATION: The EU Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM) was launched on 30 November 2005 at the joint request of the Presidents of the Republic Moldova and Ukraine. EUBAM is an EU mission fully funded by the European Union. It is an advisory, technical body. It has no executive powers. The Mission aims to make a sustainable contribution to the delivery of good quality border and customs services to the citizens and companies of Moldova and Ukraine to facilitate contacts and trade.
