MYKOLAIV, NOVEMBER 27th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Gas turbine generators of State Enterprise Zorya-Mashproekt have been put into operation in West Africa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.
According to the press service, the starting-up and adjustment labors of the fourth gas turbine generators at the power plant in Takoradi (Ghana) were completed. Contractually in 2009 Zorya-Mashproekt delivered four 25 MW gas turbine generators each.
State Enterprise Zorya-Mashproekt took part in the rigging of the power plant jointly with the Canadian company ORENDA, a supplier of energetic blocks and steam turbine equipment, as well as with the American company HPI, a leading manufacturer of control systems for turbine equipment.
