ODESA, NOVEMBER 28th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Consul General of Turkey to Odesa Huseyin Ergani has noted Ukraine is among the top 10 countries visited by Ukrainian tourists in September, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Huseyin Ergani stated yesterday, 27 November, during a press conference at IA Context-Prichernomorie.

“During the first 9 months of 2012 Turkey was visited by over 21 million 765 thousand tourists. The most popular directions were Antalya (33.75%) and Istanbul (28.25%). Ukraine is among the top 10 countries visited by Ukrainian tourists in September. 91 thousand 300 Ukrainians visited Turkey in September. Germany took the first place in this list ― 625 thousand 571 people. Russia in second place ― 578 thousand 276 tourists, and the third place took UK ― 374 thousand 264 tourists”, the Consul General noted.

Ukrainians do not forget about the beach-related rest. During the first 9 months of 2012 43 thousand 865 Ukrainian tourists visited Mugla. Moreover, Ukraine is among the top 10 countries visited Antalya between January and September”, he added.
