ODESA, DECEMBER 20th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― It is planned to open the consulates of Austria, Slovenia and Slovakia in the near future in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The MFA representative in Odesa Konstantin Rzhepishevskyi reported yesterday, 19 December, during the press conference.

“This year the Consulate General of Belarus was opened in Odesa. Our colleague Consul General expects the Belarusian Foreign Ministry representative, as it is necessary he come for the official opening. Also the Consul General of Armenia has already arrived in Odesa. We know him, he handed me a copy of the consular commission, the exequatur and Consular card are finalizing now in our ministry. So, I think, the opening will be soon. I think the opening of the Honorary Consulate of Lithuania will be in the near future. The documents on the Austrian Consulate in Odesa, Consulate of Slovenia, and the Consulate of Slovakia are in the process. I think that they will be formally submitted in the first half of next year”, Konstantin Rzhepishevskyi noted.
