ODESA, JANUARY 24th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Memory of Holocaust victims will be honoured in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

On 27 January, ceremony of flowers laying to Holocaust victims and mourning meeting will take place in Odesa.

On January 27, 2013, measures participated be the former prisoners of ghettos and concentration camps, representatives of the Jewish and social organizations and the municipal and regional authorities will be held in Odesa.

The participants of the meeting will honour the memory of Holocaust victims with laying wreaths and flowers to the memorial.

The place where Prokhorovskiy Square is situated at the moment has been called the Road of Death during the World War II. The Nazi have been sending children, old men and women to the death camps from here.

The solemn flowers laying ceremony is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
