ODESA, FEBRUARY 1st, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― International Forum of Wine-producers and Oenologists “Formation of a national system of quality wine products” will be held in Odesa in the framework of the exhibition “Wine and Winemaking”, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Head of the Department of winemaking of the National Scientific Centre “Institute of viticulture and winemaking in the name of VE Tairov” Dmitry Tkachenko said yesterday, 31 January, during a press conference at the IA “Context-Prichernomorie”.

“International Forum of Wine-producers and Oenologists will be held for the third time in a new format. The forum is one of the central events of the exhibition. This year’s Forum will be dedicated to the formation of a national system of quality control wine products. The forum will be attended by the leading Ukrainian and foreign experts, growers and oenologists who are gurus in this field...”, Mr Dmitry Tkachenko noted.

In particular, among the guests of the forum will be: leading wine critic, Forbes Magazine wine columnist Igor Serdyuk; Head of the Institute of viticulture and winemaking in the name of VE Tairov” NAAS Vladislav Vlasov; Academician of the Moldovan Science Academy Boris Gaina; Director of National Institute of vine and wine “Magarach” NAAS Anatoly Zotov; Deputy Director of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property” Igor Kovalenko; Director of the Centre for Innovation and Patent Information Services Tetiana Chabanets; Director of the Public Institution “Scientific and Practical Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture and Food Technologies of the Republic of Moldova” Constantin Dadu, Head of the Department of Ecology and vineyard location of the institution Mikhail Kisil.

As previously reported, the official opening of the exhibition “Wine and Winemaking” and “High Degree” will be held on February 7 at 12:00 pm in the exhibition hall of the Odesa Sea Port.

The exhibition will be held 7 ― 9 February.
