ODESA, FEBRUARY 19th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Odesa mayor Oleksiy Kostusev has stated that Diplomatic missions of France and Austria can be opened in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The mayor reported it yesterday, 18 February, during the opening of the Honorary Consulate of Lithuania in Odesa.

“You know Odesa is the second city after Kyiv in number of diplomatic missions. We have 10 general and 7 honorary consulates. And we negotiate to open diplomatic missions of such countries as France, Austria. That is, Odesa is not only the Southern capital, but also a city developing international cooperation, unites people together, unites countries”, Oleksiy Kostusev noted.
