ODESA, FEBRUARY 28th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The solemn meeting and wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the 135th Anniversary of the end of the Russian-Turkish war will be held 3 March in Bolhrad, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Association of Bulgarians in Ukraine reported today, 28 February.

According to the press service, 3 March the Bulgarians will celebrate the 135th Anniversary of the end of the Russian-Turkish War of 1877-1878. This war became a decisive factor in the liberation of Bulgaria from the Ottoman yoke. On the Association of Bulgarians in Ukraine initiative on 3 March the meeting and wreath-laying ceremony will be held at the Memorial to the Bulgarian militiamen of Russian-Turkish War 1877-1878. The meeting will start at 12:00 in Komsomolsk park.
